'Date Reminder' freeware update - 1.1.0.7

And last but not least, 'Date Reminder' freeware has also been updated to version 1.1.0.7.
Thanks to TonyD for caring to let me know that it was showing an "I/O error 103" when exiting the freeware from a right click when minimized... What I did was just a quick hack to solve this, and will improve it in a future version.

'ToDo Reminder' freeware update - 1.1.4.2

'ToDo Reminder' freeware has been updated to version 1.1.4.2.
Again, it has grown a few versions already since last posting here, same reasons as bellow.. 
I use this one all the time, so have been making some small changes, correcting bugs, you know.. making it better for everyone

'Wv player' freeware update - 1.1.3.2
|
My multimedia player, 'Wav player', has been updated to version 1.1.3.2. As you see, it has grown a few versions already since last posting, which means developement has been going on, just the annoucing part on this blog has freezed for a while...
Anyway.. WvPlayer now is multiselect which means you can select a bunch of files in it's main window and play them all in a row. Of course, it already had a 'Play list' window, much better when you want to create... duhh.. play lists.
Apart from this, the program is the same, freeware as always, and can be downloaded from the freeware webpage as usual - but I guess you already knew this also ... |

And I am back here (again)! As I'm sure everybody noticed, this blog has been a bit slow for more than a couple of months, no news lately, but freeware development has never stoped - development has always been active, following some users feedback and suggestions - just no time to post the news to this blog, sorry...
Of course, as you know, professional support has never stopped also, only this blog news part of the webpage.

'File spliter' freeware update - 1.0.2.1

A new update to 'File Splitter', up to version 1.0.2.1 is available.
Thanks to TheDutchJewel for suggesting File Spliter to show a warning when command line to reassemble file was larger than 2047 chars. This is a Windows limitation when using Dos batch files - the old way for File Spliter to reassemble splited files - that is not present when using the 'executable' mode to reassemble the files. Batch files will not accept a command line that is too long and this will happen when the file to split has a very long name and you were spliting it to a lot of small files. All software and freeware was updated again. Windows Vista has brought a few changes - and, again, this means trouble for the programers
So.. every executable has been changed a little in an effort to make them more Vista-compatible. As I don't have Windows Vista, just hope you will test and let me know if it looks better now.. Not that the freeware weren's working, they were working ok, but there were some details that needed correction. So here goes the list of upgrades made today:
