A few more updates to the freeware ...
FREEware
And today you all have a few more updates, namely:

'Agenda' up to version 1.0.2.4, with the option to show an alert for all today's birthdays - if any - on starting the program - as suggested by Reinaldo Machado.

'File renamer' up to version 1.1.6.7, with the option to 'cancel' or 'replace all' when creating duplicated files on renaming, instead of having to confirm - or dismiss - each and every single one at a time, as suggested by Jack Moore - that also has sent a nice donation, so a double 'thank you' has to go to you, Jack smile

'Watch' up to version 1.1.3.4, with the option of choosing a 'wav' file to play when alarm goes on, instead of only the default dull beep, as suggested by Michael Marquart.

'ToDo Reminder' up to version 1.1.1.4, with the addition of a new option to auto-archive finished items automatically.

You can download all new versions of this - and all other software - from our FREEware page, as always and... have fun!

'ToDo Reminder' freeware update - 1.1.1.3
And a couple more updates to 'ToDo Reminder', to version 1.1.1.3.

A new 'Note pane' on the main window, if you want to check the notes for an item - or let it always open to check for all notes on selecting each item. Also a bug on the calendar (day/month chooser when entering new/edit items) was corrected that was not taking into account the less days of February wassat

And with the introduction of the latest changes the program still keeps bellow 160 kb - I like to keep utilities small, unlike the 'disk hungry' programs out there wink

New versions downloadable from here as always..

'File spliter' freeware update - 1.0.1.6
And a new update to 'File Splitter', up to version 1.0.1.6.

Some improvements to last changes, and correction of a bug that krept in last version and that would cause a Windows exception and create a faulty 're-assembling' executable if you had the option to 'save last save path' and didn't re-choose the path to save on next use! sad

The old method of reassembling partial files by using a DOS batch file is back, so there is a new option in preferences to choose between either methods: the new 're-assembling executable' or the older 'dos batch file' one - if you don't know what this means, just use the default method, ok?

Also, when re-assembling the partial files together, the program now shows a progress bar - this was kind of hard to do, as everything is done using Windows API calls so that the executable's file size wouldn't grow larger. smile

And you may now also change the 'byte format' when using the 'custom size' choosing box, something that was missing and that could be kind of annoying if you used it a lot.

Most of those changes have been suggested by our good user tDJ, so thank you for your suggestions!

And, of course, you already know from were to download this - and a lot of other - FREEware utils, right?

And another independent website, Softalizer.com, has also checked and approved all our software and freeware as being fully clean of virus, spyware, or trojans of any kind.

If you want to check each and all the individual reports, just go to their site, as I guess nobody was reading the full listing posted here anyway wink

Anyway, it's always good to have another independent third party certifying all our software, so thank you to Softalizer.com also.
